Pramlintide acetate, a synthetic analogue of amyloid pancreatic polypeptide (Amylin), is the second drug approved for the treatment of type 1 diabetes after insulin. In clinical practice, drugs based on Pramlintide as the main raw material can be used as adjuvant therapy for type 1 and type 2 diabetes, mainly for insulin alone, and for diabetic patients who still cannot achieve the expected effect by combining insulin with sulfonylurea drugs and metformin. Pramlintide can be used in combination with insulin, but does not replace insulin.

Storage method: freeze-drying at -20℃ and storage away from light.
